CHIP Member Advisory Group
Cook Children's Health Plan respects your opinion. To better serve you, we need your help. Your opinion matters to us. As a participant in our member advisory group, you can make a difference.
What is a member advisory group?
A member advisory group allows members to share their opinions about a variety of topics such as:
- Health care services.
- Transitioning planning.
- Health homes.
- Service coordination.
- Member materials.
How does it work?
The STAR Kids Member Advisory Group meets quarterly with members in various locations throughout our service area. Cook Children’s Health Plan encourages agencies and advocacy groups serving children and youth with special health care needs to attend as well.
If you have any questions about joining our group, call us at 800-964-2247 or Click Here for the date and time of the upcoming meeting.
