A Member Advisory Group allows you to share your opinions about a variety of topics such as:

- Value-added services
- Provider directory
- Provider access
- Overall experience with Cook Children's Health Plan
- Prior authorizations
- Member rights and responsibilities
- Health care services
- Transitioning planning
- Health homes
- Service coordination
- Member materials
How does it work?
The Member Advisory Group meetings are currently being held virtually via Zoom. Members, their authorized representatives or caregivers, and advocates are welcome to attend. All members who attend this meeting will receive a gift card and will also be entered in a drawing for a chance to win a grand prize!
